These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jiliveo ("jiliveo," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at jiliveo.vip.

By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. jiliveo reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts that do not comply.

Each eligible individual may register one (1) account only on the jiliveo platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal name, date of birth, and a valid Philippine mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information and must update it promptly if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. jiliveo will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your login details.

• Do not share your jiliveo account credentials with any third party.
• Do not allow any other person to access or use your jiliveo account.
• Notify jiliveo support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• jiliveo reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary.

jiliveo reserves the right to refuse registration or to close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraud, misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms.

jiliveo supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, all denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱):

• E-wallets: GCash, Maya (PayMaya)
• Bank Transfer: BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank
• Debit Cards: Visa and Mastercard debit cards

Credit cards are not accepted for gaming deposits in compliance with Philippine payment regulations. Cryptocurrency of any kind is not accepted and must not be used to fund a jiliveo account.

All deposits are subject to minimum and maximum transaction limits as displayed on the jiliveo deposit page at the time of transaction. jiliveo reserves the right to modify these limits at any time with reasonable notice.

Withdrawals are processed subject to identity verification and compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) requirements. jiliveo reserves the right to request supporting documentation before releasing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests that cannot be verified may be declined or delayed pending further review.

jiliveo is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or network issues beyond our reasonable control.

jiliveo offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

General bonus conditions applicable to all jiliveo promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. One bonus per player, per household, per IP address, and per device applies unless otherwise specified.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn.

• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple accounts or collusion, will be voided and the associated account suspended.

All games available on the jiliveo platform — including slots, live casino games, bingo, and any other game categories — are governed by individual game rules provided within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of any game before placing wagers.

jiliveo's slot and RNG-based games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that all game outcomes are random, fair, and independent of previous results. Live casino games are conducted using physical equipment (cards, roulette wheels, etc.) operated by trained dealers in licensed studio environments.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, jiliveo's records shall be the definitive source of truth for determining the outcome of any disputed round. jiliveo reserves the right to void any game round affected by a technical error and to refund the wager placed on that round.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jiliveo platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account on the jiliveo platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward jiliveo staff or other players.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorization.
• Using a VPN or proxy to circumvent geographic restrictions or to misrepresent your location.
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts, damages, or impairs the jiliveo platform or its infrastructure.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jiliveo platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any jiliveo content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on jiliveo content.
• Use jiliveo's trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner without express written authorization.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the jiliveo platform.

Any unauthorized use of jiliveo's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by jiliveo.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jiliveo and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the jiliveo platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical malfunctions, disconnections, or system errors.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the jiliveo platform or any of its services.

jiliveo's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jiliveo account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The jiliveo platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

jiliveo collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the jiliveo platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jiliveo complies with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required by law or necessary to operate the platform.

You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data held by jiliveo, subject to applicable legal retention requirements. To exercise these rights, contact our support team at the email address listed in Section 14.

jiliveo reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where practicable, notify registered players via email or in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the jiliveo platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. jiliveo operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jiliveo platform shall first be submitted to jiliveo's internal dispute resolution process. If the dispute cannot be resolved internally within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to the appropriate regulatory authority or competent courts of the Philippines.

You agree that any legal proceedings against jiliveo shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the Philippines, and you irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
